Taylor and I planned a stopover in Tokaanu on a trip to Auckland and after a quick visit to the power station noticed that Google Maps recommended the Tokaanu Wharf as a good photo opportunity. They were right and we took a bunch of images on a lovely sunny afternoon. It was July and we weren’t convinced to get up early on a frosty morning but the light was promising so we did. The morning light was great and enhanced by a light mist rolling in.
