I acknowledge and agree that the images throughout this web site and any downloaded files from the web site remain the property of the photographer John Smart (of taylorberesford photos) who shall exert his moral rights and copyright over the images in perpetuity unless a separate agreement is reached.
Any image files purchased are licensed to the purchaser for them to use in perpetuity for any purpose they choose subject to the requirement to acknowledge John Smart (taylorberesford photos) as the photographer in any presentation of all or part of any image or modified image for public or private purposes.
Image files may be purchased by multiple parties and are thus not exclusive to any one party. If an exclusive license is required please contact John Smart via the Contact form on the Contact page to discuss terms.
The image files available for purchase were all taken by John Smart in good faith. To the extent possible the images were either taken in public space (where the property or individuals involved were freely visible) or in private settings (where the individuals involved were aware the photos were being taken and did not raise any objections). However, formal written consent was not obtained from any individuals who, or owners of property that, may be able to be identified within any image. I therefore acknowledge and agree that I do not hold John Smart liable for any claim made by any person or entity in relation to any image purchased or licensed or downloaded or copied in whole or part from this web site.
